Custom Parts Washer for Diesel Fuel Tubes

Automotive Parts Washer, Return-to-Operator Style

Diesel HP (high pressure) injection tubes are used to deliver fuel to a combustion engine. An international manufacturer of automotive products needed to remove oil, fibers and metal chips from diesel fuel tubes with an ID of only 3 mm.

This RTO-2000 parts washing system automatically cleans the diesel fuel tubes by sequentially flushing wash water, rinse water, and then compressed air through the 3 mm ID's. The unit cleans 10 tubes per cycle with a total cycle time of just 5 minutes. The holding clamps seal the tubes so the outside insulation does not get wet. Features include stainless steel construction, powered vertical door, recirculated wash solution, PLC, etc.
